Ride official footage videos from the Le Tour de France & Giro d’ltalia, amongst others. Or preload your race course and ride the terrain. Our trainers mimic the feel of riding outside, changing resistance levels for you. If in class setting, everyone works at their own level, on the same course, simultaneously.

Immediate Reporting

After each studio session, we send you all of your ride data. All data can be
compared to any outdoor ride. Indoor training, a proven concept.

Studio is in Alex’s Bicycle Pro Shop, 16098 W State Road 84, Sunrise, FL. We have 7
Wahoo KICKR’s. You ride your own bike. Targeted interval training, functional power
tests, and many other options! Train at the proper intensity to match your individual
ability and training needs, maximizing time spent in the saddle.
