Juniors
Dedicated to Teaching the Fundamentals of Cycling
Ages 12-18. The focus is on skill and fitness development and an introduction to racing from beginner to more advanced levels. Racing is not required, though encouraged. The program is led by Head Coach Steve Mlujeak. For juniors that want to take on the trails, Steve also teaches specific skills such as manuals, bunny hops, jumps, drops, and everything in between.

Girls and Boys
Everyone is welcome! We are always working to increase youth participation in cycling. Please help spread the word and encourage sign up! Even beginners – are welcome to join practice for a “test ride” at any time. Just let us know!
Pricing Packages
2 Session / Week
- For ages 10-18. Junior Cyclist.
- Training 2 days a week with the Interactive Metronome cycling team.
- Location scheduled on Training Calendar.
- Typical locations: Brian Piccolo Park or Vista View, 5pm / 6:30pm

- For ages 14-18. Junior Cyclist.
- Training 3 days a week with the Interactive Metronome cycling team.
- SIX day per week Training Peaks Plan, FTP, analysis, studio sessions and strength training.
- Local athletes: reduced AMP Gym Member Rate.
- Heart Rate monitor and cadence sensor mandatory, Power meter recommended.
Track Cycling Program
3 sessionsTrack bike included.
Track located at Brian Piccolo park.
1 Session
(Private Coaching)- Skills, Drills, or your choice of focus.
- 1 hour, one-on-one session with Head Coach Steve Mlujeak.
2 Sessions
