Cycling Coaching

$189/month

• Athlete Specific Training. Full Coaching Plan.
• 6 day per week Training Peaks Plan.
• Initial FTP; then every 8 weeks.
• Detailed daily programs are written for the client with Training Peaks software.
• Complete strength and conditioning plan are included.
• Communication may include weekly phone conversations, daily emails, and face to face meetings and or training sessions from time to time.
• Flexible training means when life gets in the way or changes in schedule happen, training is re-written to accommodate.
• This option includes a yearly performance summary and analysis for the client. There is a substantial increase in time associated with analyzing power files and data, and this is reflected in the monthly fee.
• 1 Report Per Session.

Power Profile Test

$150
• 1x Power test.
• Test includes: 1 minute, 5 minute and 20-minute power profile.
• We will determine your strength and weakness and where you need to spend your training time according to your power numbers.
• Set up all your training zones in training peaks or Garmin connect.
• Learn how to get the most use out of your power meter by incorporating your test data.

FTP test

$75
• 1x FTP TEST in the indoor studio.
• 20-minute power test to determine functional threshold power.
